Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To :
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records accurately.
Manage Zoom Webinar/Meeting, reports and recordings.
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize calendars
Provide customer service as first point of contact.
Provide virtual support during events, including webinars, workshops, and client meetings.
Assist with the planning and coordination of special events, both virtually and in person.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
